Lissanne from SORTED! in Perth

Lissanne Oliver from SORTED! will be running a workshop in Perth (Mandurah actually) on 3 July. This is very exciting, as I regularly refer to great tips in Lissanne's book (also called SORTED!) to get me back on track particularly during renovations when things are all over the place.
It will be a good opportunity to spend a day in Mandurah as I haven't been in ages.

  1. Hi Maja. That workshop sounds great - I must admit I am a bit of a neat freak! Thanks for the comment about my furniture revamp post. To answer your question: confession; I've never actually used a 'purpose' glaze. I usually mix some brown paint or stain into my sealer then wipe it on. I like doing it this way because it's easy to adjust the tint and it seals and glazes all in one. I probably should try an 'actual' glaze one day though!

  2. I think I need to get that book! Trying to stay organised while selling our house, packing ready to move, storing extra furniture and I think it may get worse when I am trying to keep a caravan organised with a family of four in it going around Aus!!

It's very exciting to have another West Aussie to follow! Hope you're having a lovely day enjoying this beautiful sunshine!! Christine x

  4. Thanks for sharing Maja! I don't have Lissane's book but I love any books on organization. Also, there's a little award for you over at my blog to collect x

  5. Hi Maja, that book sounds wonderful - I may have to get a copy. We are constantly renovating so some helpful hints wouldn't go astray (also I'm a neat freak so more organisation tips would be great). You have a beautiful blog. I look forward to following along. Michelle
